No Roaming or No Local SIM? See Instructions

If you arrive and DO NOT have a local SIM  or ROAMING  –  don’t worry  – we can still contact you inside the airport.

1.  Download  WHATSAPP program before leaving home.

2.  As soon as you land, TURN ON YOUR PHONE.

3. Turn on wi fi mode on your phone and access the free MELBOURNE AIRPORT FREE WIFI.

4  Once the free WiFi is working on your phone, your driver can chat with you via whatsapp.

We will have sent you the contact details BEFORE you leave home.

Melbourne is small but it can be very DIFFICULT to locate each other without phone contact.
