Please be advised that :
1. Your driver will be INSIDE your terminal waiting for you with YOUR name on a sign.
For DOMESTIC arrivals – find your driver BEFORE waiting for your luggage. ( At Melbourne Airport you may wait 20 or more minutes for your luggage! )
For INTERNATIONAL arrivals your driver will again be INSIDE the terminal building.
DO NOT GO OUTSIDE THE TERMINAL BUILDING!!!!!!
We are a premium shuttle service and we do NOT USE BUSES in the bus lane !
If your flight is early or late – No worries – give our phone number to any OTHER DRIVER waiting and ask him/her to quickly ring your driver or our office.
They will help you.
Then your driver will again find you INSIDE the terminal building.
Melbourne Airport is very difficult and we know it is best to stay inside for your driver to help you.
