Where will I be picked up from the airport?
We ask all passengers to phone us on 03 8682 9115 when ready for transfer, so we may direct them as to where to wait for their shuttle service.
We have free phones in Terminal 2 and Terminal 3, for those passengers travelling without a mobile/cell phone, so as to notify us of your arrival and for assistance, if you need (Please click here to see map)
How long would it take us to wait for our shuttles coming from the airport?
It usually takes 20-30 minutes of waiting time.
Do you provide baby seat, capsule or booster if needed?
No. Baby seats are only provided if you book and pay for a private transfer. Please ask for a quote.
Where will I be picked up and dropped off at my hotel? Our driver will drop you at the entrance to your accommodation and will pick you up at the reception area or lobby of the hotel.
Where will I be dropped off at the airport?
Our driver will drop you off outside the terminal that your flight leaves from.
Do I have to change buses enroute like the other shuttle services?
No, VHA Airport Shuttle is a door to door service.
What do I do should a problem arise?

Can I book a shuttle in an emergency?
Yes. But the operations office may not always be able to help. It will depend on the capacity available at the time you require. It is best to ring the day before, between 9.00am and 5.00pm.
Can I book my booking even days before my transfer?
Yes it is and the earlier the better.
Can I negotiate a better price for a group booking?
Yes you can. We do encourage group bookings.
Can I be given any refund in case we would not need the transfers anymore?
Yes, as long as we have an adequate notice a day before you travel with us.
Can we pay cash instead of paying it online?
Yes, you can pay directly to our driver but we would need your Credit card details to act as a guarantee for your booking.
Would the price be any different if we pay cash on the day we arrive even though we have pre-booked our transfer? Yes, it is cheaper to book and pay on the website. Book on the website.
How come some of the prices quoted are different from the regular price found on the website? Our prices from Southbank/ East Melbourne are slightly different because it is further away from the CBD area.
What happens if my flight is delayed and arrives after 10:00pm.
IF this happens we will not be able to pick you up anymore beyond this time since 10:00pm is our last shuttle from the Tullamarine Airport.
