On arrival at Melbourne Airport:
- Please ring our office on 03 8682 9114 once you are ready and quote your name or confirmation number for your shuttle pickup.
- Please note that there may be waiting time of 20-30mins for your shuttle pickup after you call due to traffic or customer delays.
- Please turn on your mobile phone as soon as you land in case our office or your driver needs to contact you!
- Please monitor your phone and answer all calls until you have been picked up.

Please phone our office on 86829115, between 9.00am to 5.00pm to organise / confirm the starting time for your hotel/accommodation pick up, the day before you depart for Melbourne Airport.
We recommend that your starting pick up time is 3 Hrs before flight departure (International Flights) and 2 Hrs before flight departure (Domestic Flights)
Jetstar and Tiger passengers, we recommend 2.5 Hrs before domestic flight departure time.
Please note that we do not run on a timetable and we will locate you inside your hotel reception or building lobby, between your booked starting time and up to 30 mins later, traffic and other pick ups depending.
Please remember that this is a shared shuttle service and our drivers are directed to proceed onto their next pick up if they cannot find you in your hotel reception, so as not to disadvantage other customers,
You will be picked up by either our chauffeured sedans or mini-buses.
